Leading with Style combines individual insight, personalized feedback and practical group learning.

1. Discover your Social Style
You’ll begin with the TRACOM Social Styles 360 assessment, gathering confidential feedback from people you choose to include.

2. Make sense of your results
You’ll meet with me one-on-one to explore your individual report, identify your strengths, and consider how your style affects the people around you.

3. Learn with a small cohort
Join a group of up to 15 people-leaders for four 60-minute Zoom sessions. Together, we’ll explore the four Social Styles and, most importantly, how to work effectively across differences in style.
You’ll leave each session with practical strategies you can use immediately with your team.

4. Build your leadership versatility
Throughout the program, you’ll have access to practical resources and opportunities to apply your learning. You’ll develop a personalized versatility plan to help you stretch your leadership range in the areas that matter most.
